It’s up to all of us to slow the spread of COVID-19. At Rising Stars Fostering, we have put into place new systems to ensure we still deliver our Outstanding service during these very difficult times. As part of our process we usually meet you at home and chat about what fostering looks like and answer any questions you may have. We are now conducting these via telephone or video call so we still have the personal touch – but from a distance!
Support is still being provided for our Carers and Young People whether it is by video call, over the phone or in some circumstances in person, always being mindful of the guidance, and the frequency has been increased to better support them during these difficult times.
Everyone in the Rising Stars Team is meeting up regularly via video call and we are pleased to say that as far as possible, it really is ‘Business as usual’ for us.
